1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

2. Free Returns – With Minimal Admin Fee

We offer free returns, meaning you won’t be charged for shipping the item back.

A small administration fee may apply (usually to cover handling or payment processing costs). We do our best to keep this as low as possible and transparent.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

Opened or used NomadPaws Beds

Items that have visible pet hair, stains, or odors

Gift cards or digital products
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
